Waukesha Composite Squadron

  • Pilots Flying Waukesha Cadets:

  1. Make out one CAPF77 for each cadet for each flight.  For rear seat flights, renumber an existing form until National CAP issues proper forms.  Be sure to sign, and have cadet sign.

  2. Fill out forms completely.  Please add date to form.

  3. Return all CAPF77s to Lt. Andrew Slater of Waukesha Composite Squadron.  He will file for reimbursement.

  • Waukesha Squadron Pilots Flying Cadets from Other Units:

  1. Make out one CAPF77 for each cadet for each flight.  For rear seat flights, renumber an existing form until National CAP issues proper forms.  Be sure to sign, and have cadet sign.

  2. Return form to cadet or senior in charge, as agreed.

  3. Obtain a unit or individuals name and address so we can bill the unit for the aircraft time.  Return this to Waukesha's finance officer.

  • Non-Waukesha Squadron Pilots Flying Non-Waukesha Cadets:

  1. The pilot or the cadet's unit will be billed for the flying time.  Please leave the unit or pilots name and address so Waukesha can bill the responsible party.

NOTE:  The rate at which Waukesha Composite Squadron bill's other units and non-Waukesha pilots is $50/hour.  This rate is based on the reimbursement rate of $25 for a 1/2 hour front seat ride and $5 for a 1/2 hour back seat ride.
